City OKs $160M Deal to Lease, Buy Civic Center Plaza

In a last minute decision, the city council voted unanimously to “lease-to-own” two downtown buildings, which will cost taxpayers $160 million over 20 years. NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison has the workings that led up to the deal.
