Volunteers Place Flags on Graves at Fort Rosecrans

Every year on Memorial Day weekend, volunteers gather at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery to place small American flags on the gravesites of fallen U.S. military service members. On Saturday, the tradition continued. NBC 7’s Gaby Rodriguez reports.
