Friend Remembers Teen Killed While Texting

People in one South Bay community are mourning the loss of 15-year-old Nayomi Mendez. Nayomi was killed by a truck while she was walking and texting Wednesday night. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon talked to a classmate of the victim who was shocked by her sudden death.
