Firefighters Face Third Day of Lilac Fire

One-thousand fire personnel remain on the lines of the Lilac Fire in San Diego’s North County. The blaze had reduced some neighborhood to rubble as residents cope with the unimaginable loss of their homes. NBC 7’s Ramon Galindo reports.
