Will City Pay Filner's Lawyers?

As part of a resignation deal that led to former Mayor Bob Filner’s resignation on Aug. 30, the City of San Diego agreed to pay nearly $100,000 dollars in Filner’s legal fees. Now, the city will consider authorizing payments to Filner’s lawyers. NBC 7’s Sherene Tagharobi reports.
