Fallbrook Family Says Reverse 911 Alert Delayed for Rock Fire

The Rock Fire ripped through the Dusenberry’s neighborhood last month, but even though they signed up for a Reverse 911 alert, the city’s emergency notification system, they say they weren’t notified until two hours after the fire started. NBC 7’s Alex Presha has the details.
