Family in Chula Vista Sues City Over Flooded Home

The Family’s home was flooded after rainstorms in December. Today, they are suing the city of Chula Vista for 672-thousand-dollars claiming that the city is responsible for the damage due to the neglect to service a drain canal near the home. NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda reports.
