Family ID's Man Killed in Shooting

Family members have identified Josue Crook, 36, as the victim of a shooting outside the Rincon Del Mar restaurant in National City. Crook was at the eatery with friends watching a World Cup game when violence broke out. He was shot outside the business. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
