San Diego Fact Check: Taxpayers and the Stadium Proposals

There are a couple of different proposals to keep the Chargers in San Diego. The city and the team are at odds over which strategy is the best. Regardless, San Diegans will be able to vote on some plan, but there’s disagreement about how much of the tab taxpayers should pick up.
