Excited Residents Wait for Glimpse of President

During President Obama’s trip to San Diego, he attended a luncheon at the home of Qualcomm founder Irwin Jacobs to raise money for Congressman Scott Peters’ campaign against Carl DeMaio. As they were getting down to business, excited residents gathered to get a glimpse of the Commander in Chief. NBC 7’s Rory Devine reports.
