Ex-Husband of Missing Woman Arrested Police Confirm

Julia Jacobson was last seen on Sept. 2 in San Diego and then again Ontario a few days later. Since then, her whereabouts have been unknown. Ontario police confirmed Monday that Julia and her dog are not alive but they have not found their remains. NBC 7’s Ashley Matthews reports.
