Police Investigate Random Shooting

San Diego police are investigating what appears to be a random shooting in Emerald Hills. An unknown man fired at least seven rounds into a vehicle occupied by a couple and their dog. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports on March 20, 2015.
