Search for Missing Swimmer Changes to Recovery Operation Off Pacific Beach

Dozens of San Diego lifeguards were searching for a male teenager that was swimming off Pacific Beach. With still no trace of the teen, the search has changed into a recovery operation. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez has more.
