San Diego City Council Will Hold Meeting to Tackle Homelessness

The San Diego City Council will hold a special meeting tackling the issue of homelessness. Groups from SDSU, the Mayor’s office, the County of San Diego and the San Diego Housing Commission will all share reports. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
