Fifth Avenue Street Parking Changes in Effect

Parking along Fifth Avenue in downtown San Diego has changed. Now, on Friday and Saturday nights — from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. — street parking on the busy Gaslamp Quarter street will no longer be available as the area converts into a 3-minute passenger loading zone.
