1,000 New Backpacks Given to Students in Need

Nonprofit organization One San Diego and the San Diego Police Department donated 1,000 backpacks to students in need at Porter Elementary School. Now, the kids are ready to start school with new supplies. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
