Stranger Approaches Students, Offers Extra Credit

The South Bay Union School District sent out a pre-recorded message to parents warning of a stranger who approached students outside two different schools, offering them extra credit and a free iPad. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports on Aug. 12, 2015.
