Coastkeeper Files Lawsuit Against Water Authority

A judge listened to arguments on July 29, 2015, stemming from a lawsuit that the San Diego Coastkeeper filed against the San Diego County Water Authority. The Coastkeeper organization claims the County Water Authority is breaking a law by not accounting for their greenhouse gas emissions. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
