Fate of SD Pot Dispensary Up for Appeal

The San Diego Planning Commission heard public opinion on the fate of the first legal medical marijuana dispensary in Otay Mesa. The commission is expected to make its final decision on an appeal soon. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez has the details.
