Woman, Tot Killed in DUI Hit-and-Run

A DUI suspect slammed into a car carrying a family of four on Interstate 15 near Mercy Road, then fled the scene. A woman and 2-year-old girl inside the family’s car were killed in the hit-and-run. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
