Family Files Multi-Million-Dollar Claim Against City After Father Killed Crossing Busy North Park Intersection

In the $3 million claim, the family is claiming the city knew that the intersection of El Cajon Boulevard and Kansas Street in North Park is dangerous because others had been hit by cars and killed in the past.
