SDPD to Enforce New Parking Rules on 5th Avenue

This weekend, SDPD officers will begin enforcing new parking rules along 5th Avenue in downtown San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter. The new rules were rolled out earlier this month but now tickets will be issued if the rules are not followed. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
