Man Accused of Killing Jahi Turner Heads to Court

Tieray Jones, the man accused of killing his stepson – 2-year-old Jahi Turner in San Diego in April 2002 – will be arraigned in a North Carolina courtroom on Tuesday. Jahi’s case was cold for 14 years until news of Jones’ arrest on April 18, 2016. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
