Woman Found Dead in El Cajon, Son Arrested

NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports from The Ballantyne apartment building in El Cajon Friday after a woman was found dead in a stairwell and her teenage son was found with stab wounds. Officers say the woman’s older son was arrested in the case.
