Eldery Man Killed in Crosswalk, Driver Arrested for DUI

An elderly man was walking in the crosswalk on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard Tuesday morning when he was hit and killed by a car. The driver of a white Scion with obvious front damage was arrested at the scene on suspicion of felony drunk driving and vehicular manslaughter.
