El Cajon Gym Shooting on Main Street

A man was shot in the stomach near the back of a gym in El Cajon. Detectives are unsure if the man had been working out at the gym or if the suspect and victim knew each other. Witness Saud Almawel and Sgt. Jason Taub spoke with NBC 7’s Brandi Powell.
