Ultrasound Technology at Center of Effort to Save Critically Endangered Northern White Rhino Population

Veterinary doctors are using ultrasound technology to inspect the reproductive organs of Southern white rhinos so that they can be used as surrogate mother’s for frozen Northern white rhino eggs fertilized by salvaged Northern white rhino sperm.
