Driver Pleads Guilty in Wrong-Way DUI Crash on I-8

A woman has pleaded guilty in a wrong-way DUI crash that killed another driver. The crash happened last year on a transition ramp between the I-5 and I-8 freeways. NBC 7’s Mark Mullen has more.
