Domestic Violence Program Created for Survivors and Their Pets

Kathy’s Legacy Foundation, a local non-profit aimed at helping domestic violence survivors in the county, donated $20,000 to the San Diego Humane Society to create a new program. NBC 7’s Alex Presha has more.
