Dog Left after Owner Killed in Crash

Police are asking for the public’s help finding a driver who hit and killed a pedestrian and then took off. The accident happened Sunday evening on University Avenue in Hillcrest. NBC 7’s Diana Guevara has more on the survivor in this case, the victim’s dog Minnie.
