San Diego Supports Former Deputy Paralyzed in Accident

San Diego is showing support for Rudy Sanchez Sr., a former sheriff’s deputy paralyzed in an accident last month. His injuries are so severe, doctors can’t say for sure if he will ever walk again. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
