Deputy Fired Fatal Shot in Oceanside Shooting

A man was shot and killed after threatening an officer with a brook stick according to officials. The shooting occurred on the street around 1:30 p.m. at Oceanside Boulevard and Temple Heights Dr., near Temple Heights Elementary School. NBC 7’s Brandi Powell reports.
