Dead Man's Family Rallies Against CBP

Francisco Cesena died Christmas Eve after being tased by Customs and Border Patrol agents at the U.S.-Mexico Border. CBP says the man had heroin in his possession, but Cesena’s family says that’s made up. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports.
