Family of Suspect in Attempted Kidnapping Say He's Innocent

Police arrested 21-year old Shayan Rahimi Thursday afternoon for allegedly trying to use a stun gun to kidnap a jogger in University City. But his family told NBC 7, he is innocent. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
