ShotSpotter to Detect Gun Shots as High-Tech Dispatcher in San Diego

San Diego police will test a high-tech, crime fighting dispatcher tool called ShotSpotter, that will gather real-time data on gunshots to dispatch officers to the scene. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
