San Diego Woman Killed by Stray Bullet While Returning From Work in Chicago

A 25-year-old San Diego woman who had recently moved to Chicago was killed over the weekend when she was hit by a stray bullet outside her apartment in the city’s Heart of Chicago neighborhood. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
