New in Escondido Roof Crash: Neighbor's Phone Found in SUV

Escondido police are working to solve a mystery, trying to prove the man they believe crashed into the roof of this home from a hillside roadway, actually did it. But for the homeowners, the answer is easy. They say their neighbor is responsible. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
