Robert E. Lee Elementary School Principal Arrested

A San Diego Unified School District Principal is on leave after being arrested on drug and weapons charges. Rachel Escobedo, 45, is the principal at Lee Elementary School in Paradise Hills. NBC 7’s Dave Summers has reaction to her arrest.
