Man Who Killed SDPD Officer Granted Parole

Jesus Cecena was serving a life sentence for the 1978 execution-style killing of San Diego Police Department officer Archie Buggs. The Cailfornia Parole Board has now agreed to grant Cecena parole. The decision doesn’t sit well at all with Buggs’ former partner and the District Attorney’s deputy chief. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports on Aug. 28, 2015.
