Mayor Canceled Harassment Training: Report

The same day that NBC 7 obtained a letter from Filner’s attorney to the City Attorney claiming the city failed to provide sexual harassment training, a former city official talks with voiceofsandiego and tells them it was the mayor, not the city, that canceled a scheduled training session. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
