Teen Rushes to Help Mom, Daughter Struck by Car

NBC 7’s Danya Bacchus reports that the two victims didn’t have the right of way when they were walking across Paradise Valley Road Thursday night. An SUV hit them, the driver apparently got out and saw them in the middle of the street but instead of helping, witnesses say he drove off.
