Dangerous Prank in Alpine Has Neighbors Worried

Surveillance video captured three people lighting firecrackers dangerously close to homes in Alpine last week, and residents are concerned those responsible could do serious damage and spark a fire. NBC 7’s Ashley Matthews reports.
