State Lags in Covered California Goal

Here at home, the Affordable Care Act is operated by Covered California. People here have waited until the last minute to get coverage. California is way under its goal for Obamacare signups, but it’s still not too late to get January coverage. NBC 7’s Consumer Bob has more.
