County Supervisors Vote to Ban Weapons at Border Wall

With the possibility of protests near the border, the County Board of Supervisors voted to ban weapons in the region. They also announced federal authorities will help fight the Hepatitis A epidemic in San Diego. NBC 7’s Mackenzie Maynard reports.
