Cop's Sudden Resignation

New details about a ticket fixing scandal involving the district attorney’s office and the San Diego Police Department. Sgt. Kevin Friedman, the man at the center of the scandal, suddenly resigned from duty Wednesday. San Diego attorney Daniel Gilleon talks to NBC 7’s Tony Shin about how he believes there is something in Friedman’s personnel file that would be devastating for the city.
