Cop Shot Brother in Self-Defense: PD

A Chula Vista man died after fight involving his brother, who is an off-duty San Diego police officer. Investigators say that officer was defending his parents. NBC 7’s Candice Nguyen has the latest from the UCSD Medical Center in Hillcrest where is officer is being treated for stab wounds.
