Convicted Molester Matthew Hedge's Address Release

Matthew Hedge pleaded guilty to molesting 4 children in 1989. He now he lives in Downtown San Diego’s East Village, with no ankle bracelet and no restrictions. NBC 7 spoke to Hedge’s neighbors about his new home.
