Community Frustrated by Tijuana Sewage Spill

The International Boundary and Water Commission will focus on the Tijuana sewage spill investigation at their next meeting. Signs warn people not to swim in the water from Imperial Beach to Coronado, and the community is not happy about it. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
