Community Banners Ban Re-Evaluated

Community banners promoting special events are currently banned in right-of-ways and unincorporated parts of the county. The San Diego County Board of Supervisors will now meet to discuss the possibility of lifting that ban on banners. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
