Standoff Guman's Courtroom Outburst

The suspected gunman in the Bankers Hill standoff, Titus Nathan Colbert, was arraigned in a San Diego courtroom on Nov. 6, 2015. He was removed from court for a bizarre outburst that included him exclaiming, “I stand for new world order!”
